When it comes to the piano, I only teach beginner to intermediate students. Most of my students are beginners, both children and adults. Again, Alfred’s methods for children and adults are excellent for beginners. Alfred also provides wonderful editions with fingerings and pedaling suggestions for the easier selections of composers such as Bach, Beethoven, Mozart, Diabelli and Chopin. I often use supplemental material, such as Beatles songs, which cannot only be fun but challenging as well.
